SaveOnresorts
Full Refund of Money on Reservation Because of Scam, Cheating of Customers, and No Use of Product

Traveling & Tourism

In July of I spoke to a SaveOnResorts representative by the name of Guss. Over the phone I MADE a booked a reservation to Mystic Dunes Resort. I confirmed with your poor employees that the reservation was in fact for Mystic Dunes Resort and even paid for the booking over the phone with an additional $70 dollars to avoid having to take a 2.5 hour tour of the hotel. I was thrilled that my long needed vacation was booked and, at the time, was thoroughly satisfied with the service I was given. My family, including my young son, were going to Disney World and staying at one of the best resorts in Orlando. On top of that, I even provided SaveOnResorts more business by inviting two of my good friends to accompany me on the trip. After following the directions given to me by Guss, I arrived at an EXTREMELY DUMPY hotel, if you can call it a hotel, and was outraged. I was not going to allow my family to stay in such a rundown establishment, by the name of Parc Corniche Condominium, for our only vacation that summer. I immediately called SaveOnResorts and demanded to speak to Guss. He acknowledged the fact that he had made a mistake and said that I would receive a full re-fund. This still did not solve the problem of where I was going to stay for my vacation, and Mystic Dunes was booked. I was forced to stay at a Country Inn and Suites. On top of that, I never even received my refund which is ridiculous. This is not how you treat your customers. I am demanding that I receive all my money because I never spoke about booking a room at a piece of junk that I would never allow my family to stay in. Based on the conversation I had with Guss, which lasted for two hours, I had no knowledge or even inklings of booking at Parc Condominiums for $700. Not only did you ruin my family's vacation; you ruined my friend's birthday celebration and their family's vacations as well. I have been trying to reach Guss for 15, yes 15, days and have gotten no replies. I finally got in touch with Paul in your marketing department, and he told me to come to you guys and told me that I deserved my refund.
