Customer Service Failure after purchasing a new RV (Hampton)

Our problems have started on day one of the delivery to Riverland Camping Grounds. Trailer was damaged on the vinal siding and took 1yr. To have it repaired after serveral calls to the Manager. Flooring took a year to replace as it came with wood chips underneath that were breaking through the cushion floor. This was replaced one year later and after contractor was called in to repair it his work was not satisfactory as flooring lifted and buckeled up after the winter season. Again talked to service manager this year 3 times and was told I would have to contact the contractor myself to inform them it would need to be repaired again and felt Leisure Days should have followed up on that themselves. Three mores weeks have gone by this season and I have not heard from them yet. One of the recliner chairs that came with the trailer came damaged and that is still an on going issue. The locking system on the front door did not lock properly and still waiting to be repaired. I feel that after the purchase of the RV from Leisure Days Truro we were left to the mercy of phones calls, and a very long waiting game from the manager over and over again to get some satisfaction on the reapairs of the RV. All repairs have not been to my satisfaction to the present day. I wish for myself and others that there was someplace or person that we could go and receive the proper help to stop this type of neglect after the purchasing a major item.
