False advertising

I booked a travel package from Globotour on 4/15. Thinking all is fine and so I went ahead to book my connecting flight from Singapore to Shenzhen which cost $1000 for three of us. Go get our China visa and paid $450. On 5/13, I got a call from Globotour stating that they can't confirm our flight from SFO to Singapore as they can't get confirmation from Singapore Airline. I was told that they over sold. Now I'm stuck with no flight to my final destination. I need help getting my money back for what I have spent and can we file a law suite against Singapore Airline?
