Ripoff

Spirit Incentives offer a cruise out of galveston on Carnival. After waiting months, I requested a confirmation date. The deposit was sent in and cashed in April. A few days ago, Mr. James Hicks emailed me to say a cabin was not available on Oct. 30th, and that I would need to pick two other dates for consideration. I called Carnival, and cabins are availabe on Oct. 30th so I have a cabin held in my name.

The price of the cabin is much lower in value than the advertised value of certificate #03911031. I cannot get a email from anyone to see if I may have a cabin that is cheaper on Oct. 30th. My other choice is Dec. 11th, but still no reply from anyone about the second choice, and Carnival still has cabins available for Dec. 11th. I get the idea that this is a ripoff only because of the run-around I get.

I hope a cruise is available before the certificate expires, but it doesn't look good with what is happening. If you get a response it will be a miracle. Mr. Hicks is not answering my emails, and insists I was called by a supervisor, which did not happen. The supervisor must have called a wrong number. Good luck in getting through on the phone number. Dec. 11th is my second chice. Jan. 15th is third choice. This has not been a positive experience.
