Incorrect booking

I arranged an area in Orlando Florida for 2 evenings, 1 person 2 kids. Hotwire set us in 1 King-Size sleep. Our 12-year old boy and 10-year old child do not wish to rest with one another not to mention me. Hotwire wouldn't resolve the problem, however for one more cost we're able to update in the Resort. Horrible customer support. I will never utilize them again. They are able to hug the fee farewell about the 11 areas for 9 times I want in April
