Hotwire bad policy!

This is actually the very first time I used hotwire and that I will no doubt not utilize it again

We ordered 2 areas for the household visit to Ohio. Whenever we came the resort was painting the hallways in most surfaces. We are able to actually smell the smell within the areas. After about 10 moments remaining in the areas, our two kids began worrying about frustration then my siblings and parents aswell.

I called the top desk consultant attempting to change to various areas. She stated the entire surfaces were being decorated. And so I questioned her if we're able to stop our stay plus they had not a problem with it. Evidently additional visitors criticism about same issue. However they stated I'd to contact Hotwire due to their acceptance. I named Hotwire detailing the issue using the resort. But Hotwire DON'T let's stop the reservation. It's Hotwire's obligation to support the resort when the resort was in poor situation. When they can't stop the reservation or return it, minimal that they'll do was to change us to some other resort. Hotwire didn't care. It's a silly plan and everyone ought to be conscious of applying Hotwire.com.
