I complained and they took away my status

Following a specially poor encounter in a Marriot in Midland Tx I angrily informed the hotel I had been likely to increase and contact the Jewelry Elite point and let them know precisely what I considered the support at their resort. Much to my shock after I logged-on to my consideration... The had removed my standing!!! Howis that for answering customer comments? I intended I do not care... Since I am not likely to be that a lot of faithful client from below on out.
