Flight was delayed, and ended up taking eight hours, for a normal flight that usually takes six and a half hours. After having booked and paid for club class seats they were cancelled, with no notification or prior notice, until we went to check in (we flew with Thomas Cook, terrible air line), the seats are so close together that I had to use cushion's to protect my knees from the hard plastic on the back of the seat in front of me, plus the seat botytoms were concave, consequently, for days my thighs ache from being opinched by the sides of the seats, we couldn't even stretch out my legs, plus we had to sit bolt upright for the entire trip, the isle's were so tight my travel case which is very narrow, hardly fit down the isle, and every time someone passed by my seat, they bumped into my arm. We paid three pounds for half of a tiny paper cup of coffee, and food in a card board box, with no drinks until way after the food was finished. There was only one working toilet in the front of the plane, consequently there was a permanent line up for the toilet. There was no room for our carry on, (we wore new expensive coats) the stewardess took our coats away, after the flight we found our coats ramed into the corner of a over head bin, full of wrinkles. Our lougage arrived covered in black makes. I have heard the saying "cattle class" now we have experienced it first hand
