Monarch Grand Vacations
Lied about 5 stars, 2 stars at best!

Monarch Grand Vacations lied to us to get us to sign up. They showed a beautiful video of 5 star resorts and said that ALL of their resorts were 5 stars. My family and I vacationed at the Tahoe "Resort" in 08. The rooms were so dirty that my son's white socks looked as if he had be walking on asphalt all day when really he had been in the room the entire morning. The rooms were decorated scarecely and VERY poorly. There were stains on the couch. The overall feel of the room was dirty, old, and scummy. The "spa" was actually a bathtub with a showerhead. There was NO privacy while taking a shower, my 14 year old son had to lay face down on the bed with a pillow over his head to avoid seeing me bathe! The "restaurant" was closed indefinately. We were told all of the rooms were the same by the attendent. We thought we were getting a 2 bedroom suite and it was a tiny 1 bedroom filthy excuse for a room. I have contacted MGV several times about this to no avail. We were completely disappointed and are currently trying to get out of our agreement. Mgv is a sham!!!
