RESORT SERVICES GROUP, LLC we were deceived by their misrepresentation, they lied to get us to buy Internet

We bought our timeshare in 1999, at that time we were told that the main feature of the resort was that they were 5 stars resorts, (which they're not), they also made it a selling point to let us know that no one from the "outside" was allowed in the resorts unless accompanied by owners. We upgraded our account in 2003 to get the penthouse in Las Vegas and any other resort. We moved to Texas in 2005 and whenever we wanted to use the resorts in California or Nevada, many, many times, we were not able to book the resorts when we requested them. We had to call at least 5 times a day checking for cancellations, we ended up having to pay for hotels, when we should have been able to use the resorts. On several occasions, when we finally were able to use the resorts, while talking to people at the swimming pools or jacuzzies, we were told by them how happy they were to book the resort so easily and affordably by going on travel sites like travelocity!!! Never did they disclose that they will rent any blocks to people from travel sites. When we asked why and how that was possible they told us that they "assign" blocks for this purpose. We were furious!!! Here we were calling over and over again waiting for someone to cancel and someone that has never paid dues, gets in way easier and way cheaper than us (the owners)!!! How is that possible???

Speaking of dues, why do we have to keep on paying for the people that don't pay??? Why don't they take a loss??? Our timeshare is paid off, however, we pay an outrageous amount in dues for something that we never get to use!!! We want Monarch Grand to refund us our money because of the misrepresentation of their services. Please forward me the information of any agency or lawyer that will be interested in taking my case! Thank you
