Ripoff very bad shape, no parking

I found this motel online and reserved for two nights of
07/04 and 07/05. I called and talked to them. The lady told me this is a three star hotel and a block away from beach. I told them two adult and a 7 month old child.

Next day i received a call saying my card was declined.
I gave them a diffrent card (on 07/03/03) i talked to mr. Shaw and he said there was no note about two adult and child, but reservation says single person. I told him it is wrong. I informed this man i will be there after 5 in the evening.

I went there six o'clock on 07/04/03. Desk clerk paul refused to gave his last name (if he do he will be fired) there is no reserved parking. You have to park in the street.

I got in to an argument about bed. I ordered two bed room. Argument brought this getleman by name atool shaw. First thing he asked was, are you an indian? I answered yes. He told me i will show you the room, you take it or not i am going to charge. I went and looked at the room. Room stunk sky high. I said i do not want this room. Walked away drove back home.

They charged my card. I called the credit card company the charge is in dispute.
