Got ripped off by this time share scam!

I bought a Worldmark by Wyndham Timeshare on Ebay from Cloud9 Vacations for $3,000! I paid through PayPal. The seller (Cloud 9 Vacations) told me that paperwork would come soon. After inquiring, they told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks for "escrow" to close. After 8 weeks I still had nothing. When I contacted them, they came up with some excuse that the seller was in Afghanistan and could not sign the documents. I then requested a refund. One month has passed and I still have nothing.
After reading other scam reports online, including reports on this website, complaintboards.com and the Better Business Bureau, I believe I have been victimized by a major scam artist. I have found at least 3 addresses for this supposed company and 2 websites. The principal owner of this company is Nader Maamo. Buyers must use caution in case he resurfaces using another company name.
Interestingly, it is very difficult to file a complaint on EBAY or PayPal after 45 days. The seller conviently stalls for "escrow" to close and by the time the buyer realizes the scam, 45 or more days have gone by, and Ebay and PayPal make if difficult. A perfect scam! Buyer beware on the internet!
