Ebay and Paypal steal money Nottingham

Ebay make it very simple to scam a buyer. I bought an item for 100 from an ebay seller, when it arrive it was broken so sent it back. (at my cost)

I was offered a replacement so accepted, however it never came. I went to open a claim against the seller with "Paypal" only to recieve a mail back from "Ebay" saying 60 days had past and cannot claim or leave feedback for the seller, after 45 days

If you wanna make money sell a load of damaged goods and get the buyer to send them back, drag out the time a little and they cannot leave negative feedback or get their money back! Simplist scam out.

Ebay or paypal will never chase you for money! And as a buyer you cannot ever talk to anyone from Ebay because they are all automated.

I'm leaving Ebay after around 10 years of buying. Didn't realise how widespread the problem was until it happens to you.
