Poor customer service

Don't use their holiday contractor. I expected for help about the Holiday Contractor. The girl got my telephone number, but didn't provide mean chance to get her title and expansion. I named 24 hours later and got a guy having a German accent. I described the problem and questioned if he might access the info I Would provided the girl by entering my name. He explained no. I questioned his title and he explained he could not help me since I Would lost 6 units of his period and said nothing. I inquired what I ought to do and he explained "discover another travel company". I called back and got a lady who got all my info after I described my encounter using the guy. She was to call-back the following day. I waited 2 times on her phone, quit her a note, and he or she never called back.
