Fraudulent charges

Okay, so here goes. A couple of years before I transferred a into my TCF bank account. Not a problem to date. SUBSEQUENTLY, I visit examine my harmony online and stated that $275 was taken from my bill. I went into my regional department and questioned why the-hell they'd do this. The girl appeared it-up and explained it had been from an overdrawn account. I did so have an overdrawn account, that was okay since I settled the $80 anything bucks for that overdrawn account.

I also had the paperwork showing that it had been just $80 also it was settled entirely. I acquired only a little pissed and named customer support plus they questioned me my bill number, and SSN. She explained the SSN I offered her didn't complement the consideration which was overdrawn about the $275. I expected her for that title about the consideration that popped it. Today my name is Jason using the lastname that begins having a 'T'. The title about the consideration was 'T Jxxxxxx'.

I asked her if it had been my twin brother Josh's consideration. She said she could not say. I got my fatheris duty documents and discovered Josh's SSN, and offered it towards the lady. She stated that was the SSN which was linked to the $275 facility charge. I expected her why it was associated with me. Contemplating my double and that I possess the same initials, identical birthday, they connected that $275 in my experience, and because it was obtained from my consideration, which was okay to TCF.

The girl REALLY explained that there is nothing that I really could do about this! Therefore the following day I shut down my consideration and visited a lender that I understand to get a proven fact that my double hasn't applied. Do yourself a benefit, do not bank with TCF. I simply need my $275 back...
