Horrible motel room & service!

Terrible resort! Terrible support! Work by rude unprofessional people! The ownner gene arganese is never there or returns calls! They say hes always out for the dominican republic for his cigar company! Nicely ihis resort company hurts! I kept there with my eleven year old child, the shades were half broken on a single screen another side two shades bent and broken plus one shorter compared to other. I complkained to front desk just because a strange man was staring in the area 10 pm during the night! Worker " jason" stated there were no other rooms available! He lied i named after he left room and blocked my number and concealed our voice he said he'd a myriad of areas king size mattress, two bedrooms actually apts!

His response to my issue? He via a towel over one window and another set a mimi refrigerator infront of and an ad sign. You might completely nevertheless see into space! I reported to front desk they offered a $100 gift certificate! Do you consider i wo0uld actually return there??!! I stayed awake forever thinking people were walking by looking in my space! I complkained to chamber of marketing eee and remaining numerous communications for gene arganese who never delivered any calls! The employees would laugh after i called. Made up tales he was busy or simply left then i'd callback and they said he was never there he was in the dominican republic for his cigar company!
