At first when my girlfriend and i arrived at the resort, it was a little overpowering with the resort being so large but we settled in and got i to our room. The room had no place to put our clothes so we went to the front desk and requested another one. They said that they would not have another one til the morning and so the following day juan carlos at the front desk set us up in a suite that was the size of a basketball arena. Make sure u go to the vip side of the resort for name brand liquors and be sure to get to the vip early as the beds fill up fast. Everyone was friendly and made our stay there enjoyable and welcoming. The food is what you would expect at a big resort. A perfect place to relax and get a tan and for the money can not be beat!!
