Sandy shore motel horrible motel! Horrible customer service! Gave me a room with broken blinds you could see into room! Carpet stunk of beer! Reported to chamber of commerce! BBB! Also filing a report with court westerly

Sandy shore motel!!! Owner gene arganese never returns calls! I have been calling for over a month. Employees Carol. Lauren, mistsy, sandy etc say he is out of country in dominican republic etc. Then he was there then he left etc... Employees playing games when I call! Horrible, horrible servise!

I was a guest there the beggining of july with my 11 yr old daughter we checked in late about 7 pm and went out came back about 10 P.M. Went to close blinds and they wouldnt, half were missing on one side of room and on the other side two broken and one shorter than the others! I went down toi office and found an employee"jason" he came to room and his answer was he threw a towel over one side of the blinds the other blinds he pushed a mini fridge infront of and put an advertisement card on! You totally could still see into room! I told him I didnt feel comfortable staying in that room after that strange man was staring in room at me! Iu asked him four different times if there4 was another room available, he replied " no sorry mam no other rooms"then left. I didnt believe him I blocked my cell phone number and called the front desk, disguised my voice and asked if there were any other room available? Jasons reply?" why yes mam we have ALL kinds of rooms available!'I was furious! I called first thing in the morning and the girl that answered the phone said he was new and said he probably didnt know he could have given us another room! I told her I stayed awake all night! How could I sleep??!! She offered a late checkout! Then I asked to talk to the mgr"sandy" who wasnt available but offered a $100 gift certificate! It cost $179 a night plus tax to stay there with that crap! I was so mad and the office was busy and didnt want to cause a scene i took the certificate and left!!! Since then I have called EVERDAY to talk to the owner " gene Arganese" who they claim is never there and never returns a call!!!

Also now when I call the employees play games and put me on hold for long periods of time then hang up on me!

Avoid this motel at all costs!!! What kind of operation are the running there??!! They have people with very bad customer service running thje place and the owner is always out of the country!!!

$179 plus tax for the night to be traumatized and some strange older man staring in the room at me and no privacy for my 11 yr old daughter and myself!!! This motel is horrible!!!
