I made the unfortunate mistake of signing up for Spirtair's $9 dollar club. After one flight I swore I would never fly them again. Flight attendants were rude and showed no concern at all for passengers. Forgetting about the sign up, they billed me again automatically. When I tried to unsubscribe and get a refund I discovered there is NO customer service phone # for Spirit nor is there an email address for customer service. These people have no concern for their customers at all. They make you go through hoops to unsubscribe on-line and let you know in no uncertain terms that once they have billed you THERE ARE NO REFUNDS! My advice... Have nothing to do with Spirit airlines. Even their $9 fares are so ridiculous, no one can find a flight even close to that fare except for very short, unappealing flights. I would love to see this company go under. They are HORRIBLE. I know... I give seminars nationally on customer service and this is one of the worse companies possible.
