Unreasonable refund policy, contrary to the hotel's policy

Had to cancel a trip a week in advance. ISeatz would not refund my hotel fee, even tho the hotel's policy is to give a full refund if given 24 hours notice. What makes this terrible is iSeatz does not tell you at time of booking. You have to do 2 clicks into the order to see the lousy policy.
