Misrepresenting hotel amenities, false advertising!

Traveling & Tourism

The hotel I booked features many amenities on Pricelines website and I chose this hotel based solely on one of them. Immediately after booking with Priceline I decide to see if the hotel itself had a website so that I could get even more views of these amenities. I discovered they did and I began to check it out. TO MY HORROR I see the Priceline featured items is not even part of the hotel but in fact SEPARATE to the hotel, not exclusive to hotel guests and cost an ADDITIONAL FEE!

Within less than ten minutes of booking I was on the phone to Priceline and emailing customer service over this issue! This is a huge misrepresentation and false advertising issue! So far the ONLY response I've received is to contact the hotel!

Well I DID and per the hotel, it is not their responsibility it is PRICELINES! According to the hotel, Priceline is in charge of depicting the hotel and the way it is shown on Pricelines website.

I am appalled at this gross misrepresentation! This is not legal!
