Rat Infested Hell Hole Who Will Use The Police To Rob You And Insult Your Hooker Date

I'm a red blooded American who enjoys going to Tijuana to enjoy the great cultural history and exclusive restaurants this city has to offer. I found a hotel near Revolution called Hotel Nelson. It had a nice white sounding name so I checked in. What a MISTAKE! The rate was quoted as $32 USD, but "Pedro" at the front desk told me it was really $42 - CASH. Well - I didnt really want to stay in a hotel with a mexican name, so I paid the money. As I was walking to my room I saw a GIANT RAT standing in the hall way. I ran back to the desk and told "Pedro" about the giant rat and he told me that it was NOT a rat, but a rare breed of Mexican Chihuahua. I dont know - it sure had a long tail for a dog. I go out and find a nice lady to spend the evening with. When I brought her back to the hotel, "Pedro" told me I had to pay an extra $10 to bring in a hooker. I was SHOCKED! How dare he charge me $10 extra! What a SCAM!
