Travelocity over charging consumers for rescheduling reservations

I just got off the phone with Travelocity, after a hard time understanding the agent (their customer service are in India) trying to re schedule a reservation that I had to cancel last year. After giving them my new dates and time they put me on hold to check the cost. When he came back the total price of the ticket would it be over $500.00.

Travelocity is over charging their costumers, on the penalty fee (airlines had waived the fee to Florida due to the hurricane) they quote a higher fare than the one published on their site and the airlines site. They are charging $180.00 for penalty.
I just book a flight with Continental direct and I got the current fare and only paid $63.90 extra.

Keep away from them.
