Lying law breaking rip off merchants

My wife got a phone call saying congratulations you have won a holiday she was totally taken in and fell hook line and sinker, we have a disabled son and could never afford the insurance to go abroad but in her state of mind she did not realise this and the seller gave her the first four numbers of her credit card so she thought it was genuine.

As soon as i got in from work i realised what had happened and instructed her to cancel her credit card and contact the company and also cancel the so called holiday too late the money had come out the company where really unhelpful saying you cant do this, you cant do that and then offered $300.00 back and they would try to sell to someone else and then send the money later.
I said no, full refund as it states on your rules and regulations if you cancel within 30 days we cancelled within 3 but then had to send a letter of conformation, doing some digging i found your website and it has been a real help we have started a dispute with the banks help, filed a complaint with the florida authorities on 800helpfla.com, sent e mails out to many other organisations and goverment officials, gone through the florida statutes and boy are they breaking some laws there and we have pointed this out to the company and authorities

Will let you all know how we get on and when successful will post a full listing on who we contacted and website addresses
having nursed my son through 9 years of hell i will not put up with things like this
