Northwest Airlines
Refused my ticket refund

I was booked on a flight with Northwest in February. Due to very bad circumstances (4 deaths in that one month) and a disability I have dealt with for years (severe depression and extreme anxiety), and been under doctors care for for 12 years, I was not able to get on that plane. I sent a letter from my doctor verifying all these facts. Two mornings before I was to fly, that airplane crashed-killing all those people! GOD, himself could not have gotten me on any plane at that point. Not sure what airlines or where it was, but that was the thing that put me over the edge! After many phone calls and letters, I was refused my refund. This was pretty much an opportunity of a lifetime for me because all I had to pay for was my plane ticket. My accomadations were going to be taken care of by some old family friends. I am on disability so money is at a minimum. If you fly NORTHWEST AIRLINES, make sure no tragedies happen in your life at that time, because NWA doesn't care!!!
