Travel ticket sales "I am writing to you to voice my irritation at your customer service and website."

Manager/Supervisor,
I am writing to you to voice my irritation at your customer service and website. I booked a hotel stay for 3 nights and used a $40 discount coupon for 3 nights or more. Your website displayed a price of and should have charged me $341.61, which I agreed to pay. The site instead charged me $381.61 and did not honor the coupon. I noticed this discprepancy when I received the confirmation. I called customer service and have been trying to resolve the issue, as I type this message, and your representative told me that prices are subject to change. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Prices are subject to change in the time it takes me to press the pay button. Unbelievable!!!

After waiting 52 minutes and being transfered to 3 different people, I was finally transferred to a supervisor which told me that some hotels don't take the coupon. Wouldn't you let customers know ahead of time instead of showing the discount at check out and saying "THIS IS HOW MUCH YOU WILL BE CHARGED?"

Then to top it off the supervisor tells me that he will mail me a $50 flight/hotel voucher that I can use on Orbitz. Again, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Why would I use you again? This could have been easily fixed by honoring the coupon, like your website did. Either get someone that knows what their doing when it comes to website usability testing or train your employees to better handle customer complaints. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I am attaching a link to the screen shots of what happened. Hopefully you can resolve this issue. As of now there no reason why I should ever purchase from you again.
