Rip off artists and liars

In November, I reserved a vacation house in Encinitas to accommodate our annual "All Girls Week-end #13". As instructed by the agent, Jesse, I sent a money order for $500 to reserve the house.in February, we called to make final payment for the house and were told that Jesse was no longer there, and the house was no longer available. I have been trying since the to get my $500 deposit returned to me. Two weeks ago, I was told that the refund check would be sent in the mail the next day. To date, no one will return my calls and I have received no refund. Not only are these people unreliable, they are liars. I would recommend never doing business with them as you could be ripped off and lied to as we have been.
