I would like to start with the main reason for the rip off they rob our Touch Tone IPod and claim that they never took it or even better what guarentte them that I took my IPod.
First, on arrival the patio door going to the balcony didn't lock I told them about it and said yes we will fix it tomorrow well guess what that tomorrow never came through. We slept for 8 nights with the balcony door not lock because it was never fix.
Second, the restaurant service really bad when you place an order you will get something different or even better first food serve and then the appertizers. Ate there 3 times and the 3 times was the same.
Third, the pool needed maintance badly the water was cloudy not clear my house pool is in better condition then the supposely 5 start hotel
Fourth, the key to the room needed to be reactivated like 4 to 5 times that we arrive to the room.
Fifth, I requested a iron and they brought me a iron that seemed like they pick it up from the garabage burn my polo shirt and went thru there comfort which they expected me to pay like $70 dollars for a use comfort.
Very bad service gave complain to Marisela Rodriguez (Manager) and said that they could not compensate me for the IPod but how does she know that we had it. Also the reception girl Florentina Munoz keep on hanging up the phone or not answering my calls, and last Lucia Lermo the secretary for Gabriel Mijares (Top Manager) never pasted the email or calls to him to my understanding and behavier from this hotel service I believe the people that really have to know about the situation do not know.
