Haven't been refunded

We were approached by membership navigo to get a timeshare free holiday. We were informed fake specifics including our duties within the telephone. As we settled by charge card ($199.00) and obtained data within the email we observed all of the needs that people particularly requested about the phone were diverse than we were informed about the telephone. We posted a reimbursement by certified email per their needs. It's been a couple of days lacking 30 days given that they obtained our request refund (via certified email) but still no reimbursement. My partner only attempted to contact them again and was hungup on. He instantly attempted again and he got a answering machine stating these were shut, try back later. I suppose we shall attempt back later. Ha
