Never refunded my money!

I put an order on August 29. The majority of my textbooks found its way to a regular manner, but a guide to get a course that I'd fallen required over fourteen days to reach. I delivered the guide back your day after I obtained it, that was September 19th. I had been informed that my reimbursement might have a couple weeks to procedure, and so I waited until December 9th to make contact with them. Used to do not get a reaction, and so I approached them again on November 19th. Nov 20th, I obtained a contact stating my reimbursement continues to be prepared, and really should be shown on my charge card bill in 3-4 business days. Our declaration suggested I never received the reimbursement. I approached Chegg again on December 23rd, and was informed they never prepared the reimbursement, and they would need to send a check, that they prepared to email on Monday December 29th. I approached them again on January 5th, and today they declare it'll have a couple weeks. I've no work, and that I actually need the $60. They've been unapologetic, and nobody appears to treatment. I've been overdue on my vehicle cost, and that I was $50 short. Today I've $40 in late charges, that we wouldn't have sustained if Chegg had prepared my return 8 weeks before, once the stated they'd.
