Bad company doing fraudulent transactions

In Oct. Of 2006 I requested two inkjet cartridges for my printer. With-in 3 times they'd billed my charge card. A month later I obtained my tattoo, however they didn't match my printer. Delivered equally back according to the EZinkjets site. Got email conformation they obtained the request reimbursement. Another 3 months later however no reimbursement. Delivered another email without any reaction. Named customer support (today we're at Jan. 2007) they stated they examined and hadn't obtained the printer back however the results visit a diverse middle delay fourteen days and call-back. Named in 14 days - stated rec'd - today my title is on the checklist to get a refund check. Named back fourteen days later—however on-list. Today I'm calling each week-however on-list. Approached my creditcard company. Which is to overdue to complete charge-back. Today I can not have them about the telephone... Imagine I'm out my income. This can be a poor company that's doing deceptive trans.
