They made my checking accout -582.62 dollars

I made a resavation with travelnow.com for two rooms that was on 08/28 at 11;46 am at 7;pm that same evening i canceled on line because i was unable to confirm my resavation with someone live. I got the first room cancelation #025463558 and #009509601 for the second room. Then i called expedia and reserved a room for four people double bed whitch was my brother felix soto and his wife and my boyfriend it was at the same hotel, we kept this resavation and checked in 08/29 and checked out on 08/30, on september they try to charge my debit 193.66x2 which total 387.32my back credited me now on 01/09 they again charged my account they claim i had to cancel on 08/27 when i had no plans to go at that time. That would've been 24 hour before my trip to cancel i think this is bad business practice and they should reinburst me for the total of 582.62 because it added up with the 35.00 overdrawn charges that have added up plus the charge for the expedia resavation when i actually stay since they don't consider me a valueble customer how dare them, my bank is now threating to close my account and send it to collection, i'm currentling unemployed i need to file my taxes and where am i supposed to get a direct deposit if my account is closed. Thank you in advance if you could help in this matter, i contacted the better business burea and they did'nt get a response from the hotel.
