Unbelievable experience!

I needed to get this off my chest... I was trying to check my bag that morning and twice during the incident Yolanda De Haas ignored me as i was speaking and started to talk with a passenger in the other line! A simple hello how are you would have been fine with me if she felt the need to greet other passengers in a different line, but she interrupted me and ignored me as my flight was boarding! When I told her that boarding was starting and I needed to wrap up my bag check in she started speaking in Spanish to the other passenger, not just a greeting, they were having a conversation! I was'nt rude to her at any point in this situation, so I was dumbfounded when she did this. This was a trip to take care of my ex wife's deceased Grandparent's estate business. I am only thankful that this happened to me and not Sheila, my ex wife and best friend, because she was just already upset and tired from all the travelling and attorneys... Oh, that morning thieves broke into the rental and stole a satchel full of legal papers she had been working on, a years worth of work. Yolanda De Haas, representing American Airlines, who showed no concern for her customer, made a horrible morning that much more unbearable and in my opinion placed the company she works for in the same category as those thieves, uncaring, thoughtless and quite disrespectful. We fly often, and will be hard pressed not to remember Yolanda DeHaas and her American Airlines when we book. We flew on AA flight 375 on 11-19-08 MCO to DFW
