Sold my seat to another passenger American Ail Lines texas nationwide

I was returning home on June 30th from Calagary to Nashville Tn. My flight from calagary was delayed due to some problem which we was told would only take a couple of min's to repair. It took much longer. When we arrived at Dallas Ft. Worth airport myself and aprox. 8 other people RAN to our connecting flight to Nashville Tn.

We arrived at our departing gate the sign still read "" NOW BOARDING" we started down the loading ramp when we was stopped. The air plane was still there but they would not allow us to board. They said it was to late. We protested that the flight was still here. They still refused to let us board. I told them unless I made this flight I would miss my transportation from Nashville to my home in Western Ky. I had a ride from the Nashville air port to my home in Madisonville KY. But I had to
be there at the Nashville airport at the time my ride was there which was 3pm.

American airlines had sold all our seats to other people. It didn't matter that we was there on time. The " Now Boarding sign was still on and the plane
was still attached to the loading dock. I was given another flight to Nashville I did miss my ride to Western Ky. I had to set and wait until after midnight for someone to come an get me.

This was so unnecessary. American Airlnes was more interested in the money than their customers. I promise I will walk before I EVER use American Airlines
again. Oh BTW I was forwarned "Do NOT use AA they are not a good airlines to use. So even if I have to pay more I will never use A. A again.
