Hello I two am having trouble with ocwen, we fell behind on our home and was transfered to them we are on a forbearance agreement now with no hopes of ever paying off.

I have to have my payment to them by the 4th or ever month when i do and they still charge me late fees. When i was sent to them my taxes and house insurance was included in my payment. I pay my house insurance and my payment never went down? They say i have a loan where it earns int every day so I have been paying for 8 years and still owe what the orginal loan was for!

I called them yesterday to see why all of this is they let me they will have to charge me to send me anything. They charged me 3000.00 for a foreclosure that never took place. Ontop of other charges. If anyone has any help please contact me.

I need to get out from underneath them. I never signed with them it not like you have a dec. I dont understand how they can do this to so many people? My charges for several different reason are over 10,000 that's alot plus never once dropping a dime on the loan value. All interest???
