Overbooked flights and paid no compensation for involuntarily bumping to next day flight. Several passengers bumped at India airport on flight back to US. Missed one day of work cost me unpaid vacation of about $300/day. Also delayed baggage by many days costing me air travel to come back from out of town to clear thru customs to claim bags.

Total compensation needed, usual cost of involuntary bump is cost of one way flight about $600 and cost of delayed baggage charges about $30/day for 10 days of total $300, for costs to travel to claim bags. Total compensation of $900 needed.

Airline offered after a year of fax and demand letters, a $200 voucher for travel booked online, not thru any agent, usually agent has 50% off consolidator fares, so this offer is worthless. Also airline has not sent any damage for baggage claim, total compensation needed is $900.
