Painful travel lot of problems caused by Agent "Cheapoair".

For an International flight from CMH (Columbus) to IGI (Delhi India), We were charged 210 $ for a regular second check in baggage per person (one way), "Can you bielive it".

American airlines which was my first carrier connecting to Turkish airlines. Mentioned your Agent has booked your flights in "Economy Coach" which allow you second baggage only with 210$ fees. What the hell!!

I travelled multiple times using Make my trip or other agents, I never had to face this problem.

I was given abnormal wait times, because of which I missed my connecting flight. And on other occasions had to wait enormous amount of hours.

They did not assist or guide in choosing meal prefences.

I would say, I have never travelled in such a pain.

Courtesy cheapoair who claim they offer cheapest flight - but with so many hidden conditions they make you pay much more than other carriers as well as add so much pain to your travel.

I will never opt for such a painful agent like "CHEAPOAIR".
