Poor customer service

While bought, I picked the car withdrawal from my bill. Obviously, they did not get all the info at that time. They didn't withdraw the regular charge, subsequently elevated the curiosity proportion (and also the quantity) and stated there is nothing they might do simply because they delivered me two characters that I ought to have responded to. They stated that they did the things they were designed to do which I had been to blame.

They do not understand the very first thing about customer support. I'm super sorry that I actually got associated with these con artists.
