Poor service and over charge!

I attempted to stop support - it got me a few months. Characters, email, and telephone calls to customer support.
* it requires a lot of time for you to cope with to customer support
After resting on-hold for quite a while I had been prohibited to consult with a boss regarding regarding an overpayment.
* They'd overcharged me to get a quantity of weeks. I ended the support I registered for in a price of $6.95 monthly. Anywhere across the point they transformed this cost to $10.97 per month. The cost did not come thru regular but all a quick I'd a $32.91 cost on my charge card statement. After I requested to get a reimbursement in November I had been informed that I had been compensated present through January with no more costs could be designed to my bill.
* The company is bad.
I'd suggest every other support than PeoplePC. Nothing is great about peoplepc.
