Smoking guests booked into non-smoking hotel with no changes

I recently rented a room from, price line name your price I quoted $65. They were happy to get me a room (later I found out the room went for $53. So they already made an extra $12. Dollars off of us) But thats not the problem. We smoke, So priceline said its not their problem take it up with the hotel, thats ok but the hotel chosen by price line is 100% smokefree of course they aren't going to budge nor will priceline so I am stuck with a room that am not going to use but still have to pay for also I requested a room for 4 adults they stuck us in a room with 1 king, Also non changable whats so ever. So we ended up having to make all new arrangements at the last minute. So it cost me even more. Thanks again priceline the BOGUS negotiator... William would be so proud.
