I recently purchased tickets from them paying extra money 4 a direct flight and also the flight got canceled due to mechanical difficultied and i was never put up in a hotel they never accomodated me 4 extra day of car rental and i had 2 take a next flight that ws 9 hrs long instead of 1hour and 30 mins also when i booked reservation the lady chag me for the reservation but didnt read it back to me wahen i askes and the dates were wrong and also she had to charge me again to put the correct dates in when she made the mistake i have been trying to make something happen for 1 monthe now they will not let u talk to a supervisoe or can not get a hold of them on compute
