Over charged maintaence fees I want out

I think at this time I want to Cancel I have read everything from just stop paying them they can't do a thing they will go after you destroy you and put a lean on your house so can they do this after reading all the complaints I am sorry I ever did this I like to just put the money in a vacation fund at my Credit Union wish somebody would start a class action suit on them I know some are happy but more seem upset.

2 years of $208 a month or about $5200 I am yet to stay a single night at Bonnet Creek in Orlando or any other Fairfield Resort that is the bottom line think of the vacation I could plan if I would had saved that money instead.

I have purchased a timeshare at Bonnet Creek Orlando Florida I have been paying a little over $200 a month taking out of my bank every month they told me all fees would be deducted. Then there was a $100 fee that I didn't know about before I could pay it I tried to discuss it with them. Long story short they are penalizing me $100 dollars a month I am up too $766 now they will not discuss they penalty just tell me to pay I so far refuse to pay something that is unfair
here is better information thank you so far they are adding about $100 per month in fees and penalty's they will take 50% down what ever they work out. I have asked them to explain the fees but so far they can't or won't at the moment I can not Stay Rent or Sell my unit but I am still paying 200 a month

On 4-23 it was dated 4-1 I received a letter from the Assessment Recovery Team stating I owe 205.35 and I had 30 days to review and respond that I would be fined $25 plus 1.5% tried to call a few times but never got though two weeks latter I get a bill adding another $100 I have asked them to explain the fees and penalty's they just say they are right and front of me and am I going to pay. How does a $100 or so fee equal every month $25 fee plus 1.5% original letter did not even stat that would be monthly now going into Sept we are up to almost $800 on a $200 penalty from something I was told everything would be auto deducted this and reading many complaints people have to reserve there vacations two years in advance. I have been paying Fairfield for 2 years I am yet to spend a single night at Bonnet Creek or any place else. I can't try until I pay the extortion fees
