Fairfield Williamsburg - Patriots' Place Wyndham Vacation Resorts Outrageous and Ripoff Maintenance Fees

Please refer to Report #169486... I am in full agreement with this report! I cannot express my sadness and disappointment with the way the Fairfield Williamsburg owners timeshare owners are getting robbed! The maintenance fees are entirely too high and I could have a lot more money saved up for my little kids college if I wasn't being ripped off by the Wyndam Resorts Company!

I urge you to refund this 2008 years maintenance fee and put a cap of $250 on it like most other timeshares have. At the bare minimum refund the $200 special assessment!

What goes around comes around and it will definitely come around for this company!
