Do not fly spirit air... Worst company ever nationwide

Do not fly spirit airlines... They are by far the worst airline to do business with... I recently booked a flight from lga going to nassau bahamas... I spent way over 3000 on hotel accomidations for the week... Our flight was scheduled to leave at 630 am... We received a phone call at 2am telling us the flight was cancelled due to operational problems... They would not accomidate us in any way...

They refunded our flight going to the bahamas but would not refund the return flight... This company does not know anything about customer service... When you call you are forced to talk to someone in india who barely speaks a wrod of english... They have no respect... When i asked to speak to a supervisor i was unable to do so... I rebooked airfare through and they went out of their way to accomidate me...
