This is for anybody who reads this and is thinking about using Priceline to book reservations - DON'T!!! YOu ever heard the saying, "The Customer is Always right" well, this means nothing to Priceline. They don't care if it was their fault— your wrong and now Im going to charge you for it!!! DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR BREATH AND TIME BECAUSE YOU WILL GO NOWHERE WITH THEM, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO AUTHORITY. All they can do is say i'm sorry, it looks like a mistake on our part, but, you initialed the contract. Oh, you can talk to investor relations and email the so-called Senior vice president,
