Ripoff, refuse to a refund on package, deceptive company

Informed them I am being transferred to Europe for 5 years and can not use the package

The package was advertised as a drawing at the festival, we signed up for free, notified we HAD WON a trip and vacation. We accepted the package and have not made any reservations as yet, was notified last week (12/12/02) that I will be transferred to Europe in January for (5) five years, where can I spend a Caribbean vacation in Europe?

The vacation package is valid until January 24, I called to cancel and was told ""NO LUCK"" the only thing to do was sell it or transfer it to some one who is eligible.

The value of the package is $796.00.
We have NOT made any reservations at this time.
Why can I not recieve a refund, this is a RIPOFF,
What if there had been a fatality in the family?
This is pure robbery
