Would not refund my money for a hotel that misrepresented themselves

Just a warning, i booked a room for two nights at the knights inn - carriage inn
at 1304 south main st in Altamont il 62411 i live in northern il and was going by the pictures on the web and the fact that they had a pool, i booked though pricerighthotels.com i figured i was safe, when i got to the hotel i was in shock the front of the building was falling down it had been like that for a long time because the wood they used to shore it up was very weatherd, i got off my bike and walked over to the pool, it had green slime and lawn chairs in it
the grass was at least a foot take and the place was in shambles, i went in to canncel my reservation it smelled ready bad, the woman at the desk said she could not canncel, she didn't know how. I called priceright and talked to a rep
i was told that they would talk to the manager to canncel a assumed that that was that found another hotel, i was told that there would be a email from
priceright so i checked when i got home today nothing i called talked to another rep and they said they would get back to me, i got an email saying that they could not refund my money my reasons where not valid. I never even checked in they charged me 128.82 for not staying there. Stay away from pricerighthotels.com, my friends that were with me booked with expedia and got a full refund plus 50 dollar coupon for the trouble.

This is the first and last time with pricerighthotels.com Be warned
