Takes your money for cancelled flights

This company took my money for a flight that was booked and cancelled by phone. I didn't receive a credit of any sort and was not informed that if I canceled my flight that the money spent on this flight would be lost. When I placed a call to customer service they only spoke of how it was my fault that I didn't read the fine print and they would only give me at first $25.00 for a travel voucher then it changed to $50 once I kept arguing with them about the situation. Don't ever book a flight through Orbitz if there is any possible reason that you may have to cancel because you will lose your money.
