How can I cancel it? It is nothing like they said it would be

My husband and I bought a timesharing unit from Westgate Resorts in Orlando 17 days ago, on Dec 30th, and after realizing how bad the time sharing program is we decided to cancel it.

The promised getaway weeks with prices from $300,00 to $500,00 per week don't exist and apparently trying to exchange your week anywhere in the world is a nightmare.

I know we are not within the 10 days period given to cancel the agreement, but I really don't want to give this people more money.

I don't mind loosing the down payment; I just want to get rid of this contract!

Is there anything I can do to cancel it? It's been only 17 days..

Please give me a positive answer.
