Westgate Vacation Resort
Gave free breakfast for two and then charge us for the breakfast because we cancel our vaction package, ripoff

Was a guest Westgate for 3days/2night in January. We than Purchase a week vaction in Orlando $45 down payment and Las vegas $200 down payment. After we got home we decided that it will be a financial burden for us so we cancel both accounts within 10 days.

When we purchase the weeks the sale person decided to give us free breakfast for two for one day as a gift. Westgate was to refund $45.00 & $200 for the two vaction weeks we purchase but instead a refund $21 was sent to us I call customer service and was told $24 was taken for our breakfast ($12per person).

After two weeks past and we did not received the other refund of $200 I call customer service again and was told we had to sent them copy of the check after it was cash by westgate as proof that they got the money from the bank.

We did that and received a refund of $176, I call westgate customer service and was told that $24.00 ($12 per person) was taken out for breakfast. I then ask why $24 was taken twice when we only eat breakfast once, I was then told take will review both account and get back to me.

I have been to many other vacation resort, I also owne one and the other resort as never did this. I want consumer to be aware of place like these that are out there not for your good but the amount of money they can make from you.
